SECTION 75. Examinations

Examinations shall be wholly or in part in writing, in the English language, shall include the principles and practice of nursing but shall be limited to such subjects as are included in the curriculum established by the board, shall be in content both reasonable and appropriate for nurses or for practical nurses, as the case may be, and shall be sufficiently thorough to test the applicant's fitness to practice.
