SECTION 9G. Record of registered physician assistants and programs; annual report

The board shall keep a record of the names and addresses of all persons registered by it and all programs approved by it and a duplicate thereof shall be open to inspection in the office of the state secretary. The board shall make an annual report on the status of physician assistants in the commonwealth to the governor and the general court.
