SECTION 14. Benefit period for individuals who are part of a 2 parent assistance unit

The department shall not calculate a separate 60 month benefit period for an individual who receives aid under transitional aid to families with dependent children if the individual is part of a 2 parent assistance unit. The department shall promulgate regulations in accordance with this section.
