SECTION 9. Eligibility to receive veterans' benefits; option; waiver

If an application for aid under this chapter is affected by the eligibility of the applicant to receive benefits under chapter one hundred and fifteen, the applicant shall be entitled to exercise such options and execute such waivers as may be necessary to receive the aid which he seeks.
