SECTION 13K. Adjustment of facility's rate

Upon petition of a receiver appointed under section 72 N of chapter 111, the executive office shall, under regulations to be promulgated hereunder, adjust the facility's rate, if necessary, to insure compensation of the receiver and payment for a bond. Such adjustment shall not be in effect if the licensee is under the jurisdiction of the United States Bankruptcy Court.
