SECTION 8. Penalties for non-compliance

The executive office shall prescribe by regulation penalties for non-compliance by healthcare providers with the requirements of section 7; provided, however, that the executive office may waive penalties for good cause, including, but not limited to lack of broadband internet access as provided in section 9. Penalties collected under this section shall be deposited into the Prevention and Wellness Trust Fund, established in section 2G of chapter 111.
