SECTION 70. Summoning of parent or guardian during case

At any time during the pendency of any case before a court or trial justice against a child under 18 years of age, whether pending adjudication or during continuances or probation or after the case has been taken from the files, the court or trial justice may summon any parent or guardian of said child, or any person with whom the child resides, in the manner provided in section fifty-five.
