SECTION 113. Removal of prisoners convicted and sentenced by United States Court

The commissioner may remove from one jail or house of correction to another, or to any correctional institution of the commonwealth a prisoner convicted and sentenced by a United States court and thereafter transferred by the Attorney General of the United States to such jail or house of correction.
