SECTION 131. Giving of parolee written copy of terms and conditions of parole

Latest version.

The parole board shall, in releasing a prisoner on parole, specify in writing the terms and conditions of his parole, and a copy of such terms and conditions shall be given to the parolee. A violation of such terms and conditions shall render the parolee liable to arrest and re-imprisonment.
