SECTION 36B. Conferences with clergy members

The superintendent shall not abridge the right of an inmate of any correctional or penal institution in the commonwealth to confer with any accredited member of the clergy of said inmate's choice. Said clergy may visit inmates at such times and under such conditions as may be established under rules promulgated by the commissioner.
