SECTION 39C. Restrictive housing; training and qualification of correction officers, supervisors and managers

The commissioner, after consultation with the sheriffs and the department of mental health, shall promulgate regulations governing the training and qualifications of correction officers, supervisors and managers deployed to restrictive housing.
