SECTION 180. Location of bowling alleys in places other than as ordered; restraint

Whoever erects, occupies or uses a building for bowling alleys, except in such part of a town as the aldermen or selectmen order, shall forfeit not more than fifty dollars for every month he so occupies or uses such building, and in like proportion for a shorter time. The superior court may restrain such erection, occupancy or use without such order.
