SECTION 21C. Unlicensed business; penalties

Whoever not being licensed as aforesaid keeps open his place of business for the retail sale of any such beverage shall be punished by a fine of fifty dollars for each day of violation, and whoever commits a second such offense shall be punished by a fine of one hundred dollars for each day of violation; and whoever commits a third such offense shall be punished by a fine of one thousand dollars for each day of violation; and whoever commits a fourth or subsequent such offense shall be punished by a fine of five thousand dollars for each day of violation. In addition to any criminal penalty, herein provided, the attorney general or district attorney for the district or the city or town may petition the superior court department of the trial court to enjoin any violation of chapter twenty-one A to twenty-one D, inclusive.
