SECTION 46M. Receipt of fees or payments contrary to Sec. 46L; return

Any employment agency which collects, receives or retains a fee, deposit or other payment contrary to or in excess of the provisions of section forty-six L, shall return the excess portion thereof within seven days of the receipt of a demand therefor.
