SECTION 4. Transferability, suspension and revocation of certificates

No certificates issued under this chapter shall be assignable or transferable. They may, after hearing, be suspended or revoked by the examiners upon failure or refusal of the licensee to comply with the rules and requirements of the examiners, or for other sufficient cause.
