SECTION 61A. Board of examiners for certification of competency to inspect amusement devices; subject matter of examination

Three inspectors of the office of inspections of the division of professional licensure shall act as a board of examiners for the certification of competency to inspect amusement devices. The applicant shall be examined in such matters as the inspectors shall deem relevant.
