SECTION 34C. Application of Secs. 30, 34 and 35

The provisions of sections thirty, thirty-four and thirty-five and of any other pertinent sections shall apply to the commonwealth or any city or town only to the extent that such application will not be inconsistent with the provisions of section thirty A or section thirty-three A.
