SECTION 57. Employment in violation of statute

A parent or guardian who permits a child under his control to be employed in violation of the preceding section, and any person who, either for himself or as superintendent, overseer or agent for another, employs any person in violation of said section, or fails to post or keep posted any notice as required by it, or makes a false report of the stopping of machinery, shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty nor more than one hundred dollars.
