SECTION 47. Publication of unclaimed dividend list

Every corporation shall, once in every five years, publish three times successively in a newspaper in Boston, and also in a newspaper in the county where the corporation is established, a list of all dividends which have remained unclaimed for two years or more and the names of the persons to whose credit such dividends stand.
