SECTION 119. Filing of map and profile, tables of grade and curvature and statement of characteristics

When a railroad or a branch or extension thereof is finished and opened for public use, the corporation by which it was constructed shall, within one year, file in the office of the state secretary a map and profile thereof, with tables of grade and curvature and a statement of the other characteristics of the railroad, certified by its president and engineer in such form as the department may prescribe.
