SECTION 126. Violations; penalty

A railroad corporation which neglects to comply with sections one hundred and twenty-three and one hundred and twenty-five shall forfeit one hundred dollars for each day such neglect is continued; and an engineer or draw tender who violates any provision of said sections or any regulation established in conformity therewith for such drawbridge by the corporation by which he is employed shall forfeit one hundred dollars for each offence, which shall be recovered in the county where the offence is committed, to the use of the informer.
