SECTION 227. Wilfully stopping train

Whoever wilfully and maliciously stops a train on a railroad or causes it to be stopped for the purpose of entering, leaving or wantonly delaying the same shall be punished by a fine of not more than one hundred dollars or by imprisonment for not more than one month.
