SECTION 79. Filing of descriptions with department

The corporation may, within one year after it has purchased land for railroad purposes, file with the commissioners of each county where such land is situated a description thereof, defining the courses, distances and boundaries of such land and certified by the clerk of the department in such form and with such other particulars as the rules of the department may require.
