SECTION 30. Enforcement of provisions relating to issue of stocks and bonds

The supreme judicial or superior court shall have jurisdiction in equity, upon the application of the department, the attorney general, any stockholder, or any interested party, to enforce the two preceding sections and all lawful orders and decisions, conditions or requirements of said department made in pursuance thereof.
