SECTION 19. Bonds and notes deemed investment securities

Latest version.

Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter or any recitals in any bonds and notes issued under this chapter, all such bonds and notes shall be deemed to be investment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code.
