SECTION 24. Malicious injury to aqueduct; penalty

Whoever maliciously injures an aqueduct or any of its appurtenances shall forfeit not more than one hundred dollars to the use of the town where the offence is committed, and shall be liable to the corporation for treble the amount of damages sustained thereby.
