SECTION 26A. Assistance of federal agency as liquidating agent; notice requirements

Whenever a federal agency, as defined in section 26, is named as liquidating agent of a banking institution as defined in section 1 of chapter 167A, the board of Bank Incorporation or the commissioner of banks, in order to assist such agency, may exercise its authority under said chapter 167A, chapter 168, chapter 170, and chapter 172 without regard to notice of hearing requirements to effect a resolution.
