SECTION 132E. Group annuity contract; construction

The term ''annuity'' or ''annuity contract'' when used in this chapter, except in sections one hundred and twenty-nine, one hundred and thirty and one hundred and thirty-two, shall include a group annuity contract unless the context otherwise requires or a different meaning is specifically prescribed.
