SECTION 19F. Reorganization as domestic stock insurer owned by mutual holding company

Upon compliance with the requirements and completion of the proceedings prescribed by sections 19G to 19W, inclusive, a domestic mutual insurance company may be reorganized as a domestic stock insurer owned, directly or indirectly, by a mutual holding company.
