SECTION 88. Mutual marine companies; applicability of Secs. 76, 77 and 78

Sections seventy-six, seventy-seven and seventy-eight shall apply to all domestic mutual marine companies, and each subscriber to the agreement specified in section eighty-six shall be a member of the company during the term of his subscription and entitled to one vote.
