SECTION 7. Restitution; attorneys fees, costs

Any person convicted of a violation of sections two or three, in addition to any fines or sentences imposed, including any order of probation, shall be ordered to make restitution to a health care corporation or health care insurer for the full amount of the benefit or payment made, and for reasonable attorneys fees and costs, inclusive of costs of investigation.
