SECTION 1B. Medicare supplemental group coverage; medical assistance recipients

A nonprofit hospital service corporation governed by this chapter shall offer medicare supplemental group coverage to that group of medical assistance recipients designated from time to time by the department of public welfare. Such coverage shall be provided at a rate based on the projected experience of said group of recipients.
