SECTION 10B. Consolidation and merger; effect; amendments

Any consolidation or merger carried out in the manner specified in section ten or ten A shall have the effect set forth in section eighty of chapter one hundred and fifty-six B and the articles of merger or articles of consolidation, as the case may be, may thereafter be amended in the manner provided in this chapter.
