SECTION 16. Approval of certificate of organization

Latest version.

The state secretary shall not endorse his approval upon the certificate of organization of any such corporation, unless satisfied that the purposes thereof are lawful, that its by-laws are consistent with law and conform to the requirements of the two following sections.
