SECTION 6D. Filing certificate of change regarding powers of directors, etc.

Following any change in the board with the power of directors, and presiding financial and recording officers with the powers of president, treasurer, and clerk, the corporation may file in the office of the state secretary a certificate of such change signed under penalties of perjury by the recording officer.
