SECTION 45. Conveyance in fee by person seized as tenant in tail

Latest version.

A person seized of land as tenant in tail may convey such land in fee simple by a deed in common form, as if he were seized thereof in fee simple; and such conveyance shall bar the estate tail and all remainders and reversions expectant thereon.
