SECTION 15. Insufficient funds; payment of expenses incurred in anticipation of revenues to be received during fiscal year

If during any session of the legislature there are insufficient funds in the Unclaimed Property Fund to pay all the claims which have been allowed by the state treasurer or ordered to be paid by the court, the treasurer may incur expenses and the comptroller may certify for payment expenses incurred in anticipation of revenues to be received during the fiscal year.
