SECTION 4. Sitting of court; quarters and facilities; sessions

The appeals court shall sit in the city of Boston and at such other locations within the commonwealth as the supreme judicial court shall determine by rule or order. The commonwealth shall provide adequate quarters and facilities for the appeals court. The chief justice, with the approval of the supreme judicial court, shall arrange such sessions of the appeals court as may be required to discharge its business. Such sittings may be adjourned to such places and times as shall appear to the court to be most conducive to the dispatch of its business and to the interests of the public.
