SECTION 113. Judgment; force and effect

The judgment of the court upon such an inquiry, whether the attachment is thereby vacated or held to be valid and effectual, shall be a bar to any action which may be brought by the petitioner against the party who made the attachment for any supposed fraud or deceit therein.
