SECTION 115A. Failure of service upon defendant

If real property of the defendant is attached in any action and no service is made upon him, the attachment shall be dissolved unless it appears of record that notice of such action has been given to him, in such manner as the court orders, within sixty days after the commencement of the action, or within such further time as the court may allow.
