SECTION 92. Perishable property; sale after appraisal

The appraisers shall examine the attached property and, if in their opinion it, or a part thereof, is liable to perish or waste or to greatly decrease in value by keeping or cannot be kept without great and disproportionate expense, they shall appraise the value thereof and the property shall thereupon be sold by the officer and the proceeds held and disposed of as provided in section eighty-seven, unless the goods are taken by the debtor as provided in the following section.
