SECTION 4A. Substitution of executor or administrator

Latest version.

In civil actions which are governed by the Massachusetts Rules of Civil Procedure or the District-Municipal Courts Rules of Civil Procedure, in such substitution of the executor or administrator shall be in accordance with said rules.
