SECTION 50. Recording deposition

The deposition, the certificate and the application of the petitioner shall, within ninety days after the taking of the deposition, be recorded in the registry of deeds in the county or district where the land lies, if the deposition relates to land; otherwise, in the county or district where the parties or some of them reside.
