SECTION 34. Nonpayment by defendant; effect

Said payments shall be made to the plaintiff or for his use to the recorder of the land court; and if the defendant fails to make any such payment within the time limited therefor, the plaintiff may, within three months after default of payment, take out his writ of seisin on the judgment recovered, and shall take and hold the land without allowance for any improvements made thereon.
