SECTION 25. Boundaries determined concurrently with registration

A petitioner for registration may in his petition request the court to proceed under sections nineteen to twenty-four, inclusive, concurrently with the registration proceedings, and the court may comply with the request, if such compliance seems conducive to justice and the rights of all parties.
