SECTION 54. Death within thirty days after judgment

If a person, against whom as trustee execution has been issued, is not living at the expiration of thirty days after final judgment in the trustee process, a demand, for the purpose of holding the attachment, may be made upon the executor or administrator of such deceased person within thirty days after his appointment, and shall have the same effect as if made within thirty days after the judgment.
