SECTION 75. Several trustees; liability for costs

If several persons are summoned as trustees who are liable for costs under any provision of the two preceding sections, the second execution shall be awarded against them jointly; and if any one pays more than his proportion, the others shall contribute equally to indemnify him for the excess.
