SECTION 55. Expense of work; apportionment

Each proprietor shall, upon demand, after the work is completed, pay to the proprietors by whom it has been advanced his just and equal part of the expense of such repair or rebuilding, in proportion to his share or interest in the mill, with interest from the time of the advance.
