SECTION 12. Deputy sheriff; attendance upon meetings of county commissioners

A deputy sheriff shall be allowed five dollars a day for attendance upon a meeting of the county commissioners by their order, and five cents a mile for travel out and home once a week during the attendance, to be paid by the county.
