SECTION 12LL. Social Security Day

The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the fourteenth day of August as Social Security Day in recognition of the contribution of the Social Security system to the dignity and well-being of Americans of all ages and recommending that said day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people.
